SatieX™ Proprietary Fibre Blend
SatieX™ proprietary fibre blend is rich in pectin, (from sources including citrus peel and apple pomace). The SatieX™ blend is "muco-adhesive" (sticks to the mucosal lining in the gut) resulting in the components of SatieX™ to move more slowly through the gut - more time = less hunger.
This provides a "slow-food" mechanism to reduce hunger for a prolonged period of time. The SatieX™ blend readily absorbs water, trapping nutrients in the water-swollen matrix, providing a slow release of nutrients.
SatieX™ proprietary fibre blend contains a generous portion of fermentable fibre that contributes to gut health.
Gluten Free Carbohydrate Complex
Though SatieX™ is a very-low carbohydrate product (not enough to effect ketosis), the right amount of carbohydrate to provide a balance of satiety triggering signals alongside the other SatieX™ ingredients.
Our Gluten Free Carbohydrate complex is synergistic with MCT, SatieX™ fibre blend and SatieX’s seaweed blend, giving this the most effective hunger reduction impact.
Medium Chain Triglycerides
SatieX™ Medium Chain Triglycerides or MCT are made from coconut oils and can increase the release of hormones that promote feelings of fullness in the body.
MCT as an ingredient on its own helps prolong feelings of fullness and research has shown when MCT is consumed energy consumption is often reduced over time.
By combining MCT with the fibres in SatieX™, we have enhanced MCT’s hunger reduction effects all while keeping calories low to help you feel full and assist your dieting requirements.
